How do I request a quote?
Use the “Get a quote” button, choose the machine and write your questions. We then send you the official quote.
How does the buying process work?
You request a quote, receive the official quote, we answer your questions, you pay, we produce your machine, you inspect it by video, we dispatch it to port and ship it by sea. See the details in the Shipping section.
How do I pay?
The payment details are in the quote or we send them separately. You can pay by bank transfer (payment is received in 2 to 3 business days) or in cash in China.
How long does production take?
About 15 to 25 days.
Can I see my machine before shipment?
Yes. You can inspect it by video call or video before dispatch.
How long does shipping take?
Dispatch to port takes about 1 week, sea freight about 45 days and customs clearance 10 to 15 days if there are no issues at the port. These times are approximate.
Do you export to other countries?
Yes. GTX has export capability and serves international customers, especially from Latin America. Message us to review your case.
How do I choose the right machine?
Browse the catalog by garment and by machine type, or message us telling us what you want to produce and we will guide you.
Can I ask for technical information about a machine?
Yes. Each machine has its own sheet with the available specifications. If you need more data, ask for it in your quote.
